Your companion license

A completed purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased companion on the number of eligible devices shown during activation. The companion and its files are licensed, not sold.

You may install and use your companion for your own lawful, non-commercial use, receive eligible updates while offered, and make a reasonable backup only where the installer expressly permits it.

Uses that are not permitted

Sharing, uploading, publishing, reselling, sublicensing, renting, or distributing an installer, activation credential, companion, or extracted asset.
Removing copyright, trademark, attribution, signature, or license notices.
Bypassing activation, device limits, encryption, signatures, access controls, or revocation checks.
Extracting or repackaging artwork, sprites, animation data, voices, prompts, code, models, or other protected components.
Using the materials to build, train, market, or distribute a competing commercial avatar or companion product without written permission.
Using a companion or the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Activation, devices, updates, and enforcement

Activation credentials are unique to an eligible purchaser. Device-scoped licenses, signed releases, download limits, integrity checks, upgrade eligibility, and revocation may be used to protect users and the product. EXADreams LLC may suspend a compromised credential or unauthorized distribution while providing a reasonable support path for legitimate purchasers.

AI-created fictional companions

Companions are fictional and AI-created or AI-assisted. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Cultural inspiration does not claim ownership of a culture, community, traditional garment, or public-domain tradition. Protection is claimed only for the original selection, arrangement, branding, software, and human-authored creative expression embodied in this product, to the extent recognized by law.

Reporting infringement

If you believe Wish me Love & Laughter materials are being distributed without permission—or believe material on this service infringes your rights—use the Contact / Support channel and include the work, location, evidence of ownership, and your contact information. Do not send passwords, activation keys, or payment credentials.
